She has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally and has been heavily involved in teaching students enrolled in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University of South Australia.
Julia is a passionate dietitian who understands that nutrition is a science, but eating is highly emotional.
She believes that feeding your family a whole foods diet shouldn’t be difficult. She avoids the food trends and fads, in favour of everyday simple wholesome food that is cooked from the heart and to a budget.
As a mother of four young, often fussy children, she understands what is required to put a meal on the table every day.
Through Bloom Nutrition she hopes to inspire and empower you to deliver nutritious flavour packed food that your family will enjoy. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge, tips and tricks with you, that will ensure that you stop stressing and start enjoying feeding your family.
Come with us as we show you how to instil a lifetime of healthy eating behaviours in your family right from the start!
